The contents of the four pages are:

3125 recto: "excitati eruditione et scientia nullas virtutes … iterum plantaturus est ea" (PL 73 913A-B)

3125 verso: "estus grandis qui quando exarserit … verbosus et detractor; et respondit ego sum" (PL 73 913B-D)

3126 recto: "quoniam animę suę detrimentum … noxia magis quam" (PL 73 915C-916A)

3126 verso: "nunquam eum vidit quisquam … mundum esse in conspectu eius" (PL 73 916A-B)

The fragment has been used as cover of an unidentified book, possibly a copy of Johannes Marchesinus, Mammotrectus super Bibliam, cf. note on 3126 recto: ”Mamotrectus”
