- The first part (f. 2r- f. 97r) contains a note on errors made by Dante, and a commentary on Dante’s life and the first 11 songs of Dante’s Divina Commedia; “Annotationi sopra Dante cavate dal Landino, et dal Vellutello, et dal Sansovino”. In the right side of the “footer”, the folios are foliated with signatures a4-z4; &4.
- The second part (f. 98r-f. 217v), written in a later period, contains a succinct commentary on all three cantiche (ff. 98r-115v: L’inferno; ff. 117r-170r: Purgatorio; ff. 171r-217v: Paradiso). On f. 218r is the beginning of a commentary on Rhetorica ad Herennium.
