The archives of correspondence of Chief Rabbi David Simonsen (1853-1932) contain app. 29,000 letters, and mirror his scholarly network, as well as his deep involvement in different humanitarian efforts and organisations during, and after, World War I. App. 17,500 letters (senders/recipients A-Me and R) are available online.
